Sraw yellow with tints of gold, it delights with its elegant nose combining acacia, honey, candied yellow fruits and spices. In the mouth it also seems very aromatic, in the same way. After a well-rounded attack, you discover a pewerful and rich wine that avoids any heaviness due to a nice freshness.

From a granite soil, this cuvée already displays a nice developpment. To the nose it delivers notes of roasting flowers( acacias, rose). This wine is fat and full in the mouth, and is very promising. Recommended as an aperitif, with foie gras and dessert.
